Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue recently took delivery of three (3) custom Pierce Quantum Pumpers. These units feature Pierce’s custom tilt-design Quantum cab, equipped with state of the art “TAK-4” Independent Front Suspension for greater maneuverability and control, Detroit Diesel Series 60 515HP engine, Command Zone Advanced Electronics and Control System, Ward No-Smoke exhaust filtration system, 750 gallon Poly tank, Waterous 1500 CMUY two-stage pump, a hose tray in the front bumper, electric control front inlet, TFT 18” Extend-A-Gun riser with Akron Apollo 3416 monitor, Husky 10 dual agent foam system, Whelen rear traffic directing light, Winco EC6010 Diesel generator and Will-Burt Night Scan Chief telescoping light.
